        This store tells you that if you are 10 minutes late, you will lose your appointment, yet they can take up to an hour to get to you. I have purchased many apple products in this store. Some of the people are great, however, there are enough bad apples to avoid this location and some of the people are dishonest. It's bad business and the customer is never right. Avoid this store if at all possible. I intend to do so.
