Liberty County

I rated this library at two stars bc honestly its the worst iv been to, ever! Its loud and the most anouying part is there are ppl that really need to us the computer for job applications, pay bills, or print important paperwork. Unfortinatly everywhere I look its ppl on facebook or kids playing games. Ppl don't control their kids and the staff does nothing about it. If u have to come here I hope u have a laptop and earplugs bc u won't be able to focus if u dont
