Hinesville Glass & Mirror

This place has TERRIBLE customer service. If you can try to go with the other glass company in town. This company provides misleading and just completely wrong information regarding orders to their customers. I'm not sure if its because the ladies that work the front desk are elderly and they sometimes come off as confused. One lady told my husband that the order would be on a emergency order and they would try to have it in within 3 days, then weeks later we are told that no matter what its a 7-10 day turn around... really? Its also VERY clear they lack communication, depending on who answers the phone you will receive a different response so its better you get the name of who you spoke with before and ask to speak with the same person when you call back. Another example of lack of communication, when the installers did arrive they did not call us upon arrival like they told us they would, they just showed up. The installers installed the window with out approval from the office, which according to the office its policy to have the final payment made before installation. So my husband calls as a courtesy to let them know the installers arrived and to see if we could get some type of discount for the bad experience of waiting and receiving false information, the lady tells us no and asks for a credit card payment over the phone. My husband and I prefer to pay in cash or in person versus over the phone just our personal preference. So we tell her we will come to the office and pay. Well I guess that wasn't what she wanted to hear. After arguing over the phone, yes arguing, we hung up after telling her we will be by the office before it closes to pay, after my husband leaves to go back to work he calls and tells me he has to leave work early and inconvenience his soldiers because Hinesville Glass & Mirror told him they will contact his chain of command if we don't pay for the window now. WOW! After being told by some sassy old ladies that we were giving them the run-around and threats were made about contacting his job, my husband was clearly through. We paid in cash like we said we would and got a weak apology compared to "sorry, but not sorry". One lady made claims of being in business for 40 years, but I don't see how. DO NOT do business with these people, they clearly do not care about customer service

the the nicest CSR either, what ever happened to customer service?
