Don't bother to hire these guys - they don't stand behind their work. I hired them in Oct. 2012 to hook up a new computer at a cost of $521. Within 8 weeks the desktop they installed stopped communicating with the printer (which worked wirelessly with a laptop). Had them back 1/17 at a cost of $149 to fix the problem. Now the same problem has arisen two months later (3/20) and they say I have to pay again for help. They only warrant their service for about 3 hours! After that you are on your own.

Great Customer Service is what...

Great Customer Service is what Wally Moore at DTS InfoTech comes to mind. He is so down to earth and helpful with anything computer related. He doesn't make you feel stupid, when asking those easy questions and actually explains the computer in real life terms. If he doesn't know the answer he gets on the phone and calls he boss who does and works it out. They have responsible rates and a lot of times will walk you through the problem over the phone if it's simple.

I highly recommend Wally and everyone at DTS!!

Excellent Customer Service



Wally has immense knowledge about software and technology. He is very personable and relaxed with the customers, which engenders trust. I contacted Wally when I needed help in retrieving the data from the hard drive of my damaged computer. The technicians at DTS InfoTech provided excellent customer service and kept me informed about the process and charges that would be incurred. They were very efficient and accomplished the work within a day. This great experience reinforced the trust I have in Wally and DTS Info Tech. I wouldn’t hesitate in referring Wally to anyone who needs help in setting up their computer network.

I own a small business. I am an entrepreneur with a small staff who relies on the support of technology to compensate for manpower. Just one day without the benefit of my computers can set me back significantly in a single month. That’s why I have to have the right technology support team. Recently my systems “froze” and the repair work that I got from my previous provider was less than satisfactory. My next move was to go looking for the team to replace them. That is when I found Wally and dtsInfotech. I knew exactly what I was looking for. I wanted a group that I felt quickly understood my system and was prepared long before I had an issue to help me resolve it. Wally came in and wowed me. I met with Wally recently to discuss support for our office computer systems, including computer back-up options for my personal PC. I have met with others in the industry, but Wally was by far the most professional, personable, and knowledgeable of the bunch. He listened carefully about my business and its technical support needs. He made some excellent recommendations, which we will follow. I will definitely call Wally if any further PC issues arise. He really seems to care about my business success, which is invaluable these days!

Last summer a virus got in my ...

Last summer a virus got in my personal email account and sent infected links to everyone in my contact list. I received a frantic phone call from a good friend who made the mistake of opening the email that he thought was sent from me. His computer froze up, he couldn’t reboot and was getting progressively more frustrated because he also tried to fix it himself, only to cause more damage. He didn’t know who to call, but we did! We had found DTS Infotech earlier in the year when we needed a DVD drive replaced and were so impressed with their responsiveness, technical skills and great pricing that we offered to call on behalf of our friend to make the connection. We made the call to Wally with a plea for help get in touch with our friend and get rid of the malicious worm that crippled his ability to get any work done. Shortly after our call, Dan, one of their key technicians, contacted our friend and scheduled a time to make a house call the very next day. In only two short hours after he arrived, not only was our friend’s computer in top working order and running 5X faster than it had before, he had a much better (and Free!) anti-virus tool installed. Dan also went a step beyond and took the time to share internet safety tips and what to do in the event they receive a similar suspicious email in the future. Wally and Dan saved our friendship with their swift, courteous, skilled and effective computer magic. Thanks again DTS Infotech, I will continue to recommend you to anyone I know in a mouse click!

Wally doesn't only bring a ton of technical computer knowledge to the table he also understands business and the importance of technology in today's marketplace. All too often IT professionals are really good with the hardware and software, but not so good with the people who are hiring them. Instead of "getting around to it", Wally knows that every moment of downtime means a loss of productivity and can see how that relates to the bottom line. If you need an IT manager that can talk in your language, not just "geek speak" then you should give Wally a call today.
