Benjamin Manor Apartments

Make this place your last option if you're searching for housing. Even if it seems convenient the management (it's only one person who is never there) and maintenance (inconsistent and unavailable causing damage that the tenants have to pay for) will make this one of your worst decisions to lease here. I don't review unless the experience is that bad. I was very grateful to move. This is after the "renovations" to the entire property. They are managed by Continental Management, so I would avoid their properties at all cost.
