Frank Pasquesi is the most honorable and ethical guy in the business. I’ve been a loyal customer 23 years. He has consistently come in less expensive than others for repairs. My whole family goes to him. Even today when I showed him a Rick’s auto body estimate he is $1200 less. He’s a gem!!!

Dropped by the shop and an older man was at his desk he just looked at me and back to his TV. I asked if he had a moment he grumbled yes. The place was in poor repair and smelled of body oder. I started to explain what I needed done and he didn't ask any questions just kept cutting me off. He said just give me the keys and I will do it. He took my number and told me he would call me.



I dropped off my vehicle at 8am. No response or call all day. I then called him prior to closing, this is his response: " I did not look at car. Got busy. You pick up now." I asked why he couldn't call me and he repeated " I told you got busy." I then walked back over to pick up my vehicle and the windows were down with snow on the seat. I then asked him in the lobby and he said he "didn't have time for my problems."



I took off work to get this minor work completed, if I would have known I would have done it myself. The next day I took it to another mechanic and he completed the maintenance perfectly before 10am and called me right away. I was shocked by how rude he was and his lack of respect for customers. Please choose any other shop.
