JK Design's Inc.

We've spent around $26K with this company - and all was good till we had trees/plants die and work that was supposed to be done -was not done correctly. Trying to get the dead plants replaced (we were told 1 year warranty, they died within a few months) and issues addressed has been a nightmare. I actually had to hire another company to fix some of the issues - so ended up paying more money to someone else -when I paid JK Designs initially. I call, email over several weeks and get no response. Then when we do get a response - we are told - we will be there next week, or I'll call you and nothing. Then it starts all over again with phone calls, emails trying to be the squeaky wheel but we have gotten no where. Unorganized and in my opinion - liars. I highly recommend you use another company.
