Blue Springs Cafe

My family decided to stop in for dinner on our way from St. Louis to Indy. So glad we did. The food was amazing. Just like my mamaw used to make. Service was friendly and prompt. Pies were outstanding! Highly, highly recommend!

We went here because of a recommendation of a friend who raved about the pies, particularly the coconut creme pies. We decided to eat lunch there. The food was mediocre at best. After lunch we each ordered a slice of pie (apple, chocolate, and coconut). The coconut pie tasted too much like eggs, the apple and the chocolate tasted good though it was not as good as pies should be for a place that is advertised as a good place for pie. The best part of this place is the service, which was excellent. However we will not be returning nor recommending this place to anyone.

Absolutely my favorite place to take friends for good, ol' fashioned meals and the most wonderful pies there are.
