I am pleased with their services
If I could give them zero stars I would. Worst company ever. Extremely unorganized. They also lost a ton of furniture and tried to tell me that stuff was mine when it wasn't.
Sonny (the owner as I was told) came out to give us an estimate on our move. He was very friendly and seemed professional but it ended there. He never called back or replied to my attempts to contact him on numerous occasions. Debbie (his assistant, I believe) was extremely sweet and cordial insisted that she also gave my messages to Sonny and didn't know why he wasn't calling me back. After foolishly waiting 2 wks, I gave up on him ever getting back to me with an estimate. Ughhh, what a waste of time and complete unprofessionalism. I believe he was intimidated by our steep driveway but man up dude and call back so people can continue with their plans to move
Do not use this company. They are unreliable, unprofessional, and thieves. First, they changed the date on me five days before my move, putting me in a position where I was moving out the exact same day that my lease was ending, but when they did this they assured me that they could come at 7am to make sure all my stuff was removed. Next, they changed the time the DAY BEFORE so my freight elevator reservations were completely screwed up and then STILL showed up 45 Minutes late. Icing on the cake, I was in such a hurry to get done that I didn't review the receipt carefully and I realized that for working from 8:40am until 10:45am, they charged me for three hours of service (in addition to the extra hour of 'travel'), so for two hours and five minutes of service I was billed for four hours of work. Their attitude throughout the process was completely unprofessional and I would never, ever use them again.
Excellent moving crew in the Reston/Herndon area. These guys were there when they said they would be, even when I wasn't. I was late and they were very understanding and accommodating. The manager was friendly, as were the members of the moving crew. They unloaded my truck quickly and efficiently, with no damage to my wood furniture or glass pieces. They even had to go up three flights of stairs and through several doors in the process!
