Findlay Cadillac

I have had Fords, Jeeps, and Toyotas. I always get the cars serviced at the dealership. I have never had customer service like I have had at Findlay Cadillac for my escalade. Mike Giordanno in service is one of the most thorough and honest people I have ever worked with. He's upfront about all the services, doesn't try to upsell you, and tries to save you money wherever he can. This dealership has the highest level of integrity and customer service that I've found in Vegas.

Came in for an oil change on recently purchased 98 Chevy van- referred to Mike Giordano by Travis @ Findlay Honda. Service experience was great. A knowledgeable Britten helped me, was patient & explained everything.

Purchased vehicle with broken sunvisor, I was promised replacement in deal. Never received, was told to purchase replacement myself and request reimbursement, never received. Sent serval email, left messages and even drove in from Tucson to get reimbursement, again was promised "it will get done" Never did. If you purchase vehicle from Findlay make sure to get everything finalized before driving off, otherwise your on your own. Expect nothing!

As car dealerships go, this is one is excellent. No "high pressure" tactics and Michael Roberts, the best sales associate that I have ever worked with, let the CTS that I leased speak for itself. I would reccommend all of the Findlay Group to anyone that wants a great car buying experience.
