I must disagree with the above reviews. I have been associated with Alimar for over 7 years and worked my way up from security guard to supervisor. In all my years I have never heard anyone start at $14/hr. The management treats the employees as family. I think the first review is sour grapes. The second review is a bold face lie. Alimar still has the same clients as it did 7 years ago and employs at least 150 guards and most of them have been here over 4 years. Great company and awesome owners.

Was called in to be a supervisor in Wixom for $14 hr. It was SW Detroit for $7.50. Magmt cannot respond to their E-mail , the secretary does so ya cannot put any trust in it. When 3 guards left early frompost I could not even get them fired. Bad outfit. Let go a week before 90 days with the first and only write up.Call me liar for my experience but when they are dismissive they miss it. Amateurs. The mgrs email with cusssing probably got my unemployment. Dont work for or contract them

I wouldn't hire Alimar security to guard the local watering hole, that no longer exists. The most unqualified personnel ever. Oh, I have one star if they make it on time within the week of hiring this poorly organized company.
