Overall
Excellent Place to Dine

My partner and I went to dine at Jacmel Inn last weekend. The atmosphere was exceptional and the food was wonderful. The only bad thing I have to say about the our dining experence was that the tempature outside was in the upper 30s and they had the AC on. I was cold during most of my meal. When I spoke with the waiter about this matter, he went to check on it and turned off the AC. According to him, an employee was feeling warm so he/she turned on the AC. I had the Crab Cake app, which was excellent. My main course was the shrimp and grits. The shimp were grilled to perfection and the grits had gouda cheese which gave it a smoky taste. You need to try the Parline Pecan Cake. I have never tasted anything like it. I was temped to take a slice home with me.
