Not only can they not call you back given 7 attempts, they have terrible follow-up, crabby workers, and their product is worse yet....they will blame it on everything else but themselves.

I have a large curved front cabinet with a broken glass shelf. I do not know how to measure the curve so went into store to ask for help or if someone could come out and do ti for me.. Very nasty clerk didn't seem to know what i was talking about, said draw around the shelf- not possible-and quoted $$300 without knowing the size. I went without the repacement shelf.
