        Overall

        I'd give them less than 1 star if I could. Go anywhere else but here. They lost a large package and for two weeks said it was not there. DEFINITELY not there. They got mad at me for asking again. Well, guess what? It was there the whole time. This is only one example of the truly awful customer service you will find on Water Street.
