Guilty ONLY of hiring the WORST management team in the business. After 9 months prompt/early payment I was home with the flu for 72 hours. I could have taken the rent check in on the first, it was in the envelope taped to the door, but it was a national holiday so I figured what the heck. I lost the next couple of days. I'm walking out the door on the 4th, when I actually figure out it IS the 4th, and there is the notice on the door the demand for payment or eviction which is bad enough, but they check the box that says "I have made diligent efforts but have been unable to make personal service..." Had they made casual efforts they would have had the check. They admitted in front of witnesses that they never actually make an effort to make personal service. For some people this might be a wise policy, but for a 57 year old single woman on a fixed income, I hardly think this was necessary. If this is their policy, they need to rethink it, or rethink their employees.

Apartment Manager Chris Malley is a great representative for this company. Rarely in this life do we experience customer service on such a level that warrants praise. Well this deserves it. My daughter moved into Monaco South and I have to say that Chris Malley was the most knowledgeable, helpful and respectful gentleman. I was so impressed with his level of competence and so comfortable leaving my daughter in his care so to speak that we rented her an apartment right on the spot even though we had other appointments that day. Chris Malley is an asset and a genuinely nice man. I hope the upper level management reads this and they hold on to that one!
