I used to be a customer, buying their drinking water for my cooler. After several times of having leaking jugs of which I did not say anything; the last time I purchased water 2 of the 3 jugs I purchased leaked. I dumped them and returned them, informing the person that they leaked. They refused to replace the jugs or refund my money. Apparently they don't want my business. Dont give them yours!
