Royal Nails

My husband and I have been going to Royal Nails since they opened in Grafton. We have always have great customer service and they all speak English. Don't let the fake bad reviews sway you! This is a great place!

I went to Royal Nails for a manicure and pedicure. I had caloused heels and the tech acted disgusted and made faces to other customers as she worked on my feet. I will take my winter feet elsewhere. I hear the owner has multiple salons in the area and I won't go there either.

Very impressed. My daughter and her friends wanted to do something special for her Birthday and this was the perfect choice. They were so nice and the salon is very clean and professional. Would highly recommend this salon for any special occasion.

I love the service that I get at Royal Nails. I have been coming here for years, and they are always professional. I have referred many people to this shop because they always tell me how great my nails look. Give them a try!

I love this place. Affordable, quick, and you can always walk in the door without an appointment and not have to wait more than a few minutes. The qualities I get for my manicure/pedicure are great, I also get my eyebrows done there all the time and they always do an awesome job. See you next week Royal Nails.

I' have been looking for a great beauty salon/spa in Grafton for a long time. And finally I have found the best one for me. I work at the bank nearby Royal Nails, so that I can take care of my nails during my lunch. I always do mani and pedi there and it takes me about 45 minutes to an hour for both – with a quality service!!! Ohh and I was positively surprised with their affordable prices! So now I believe you actually can get a great service at low prices!!!

I found out about Royal Nails Salon, from my friends and when I finally went there it lived up to all expectations. It's clean and not cramped like some salons I've been to. The employees are very helpful and fantastic. My manicurist is Hana, she is gentile, quick and super professional. In my opinion, the way an manicurist should be. They have a nice selection of polishes including my preferred brand- OPI Gel. I got an amazing manicure and pedicure at a really affordable price. They have great massage pedicure chairs, which they let you run the controls & enjoy the chairs as long as you want. Highly recommended salon/spa in Grafton and Cedarburg area!

I had a really great and satisfying experience at Royal Nails Salon - I walked in just after 6:00pm - waiting only seconds before being seated - and had one of the best manicures I've ever had. The young woman spent almost an hour with me - was meticulous and careful . The end result - I had a beautiful French manicure that drew many compliments at work the next day. I have gone again since and have always been satisfied. You get what you pay for and I find that compared to the high-end manicures I've gotten at local spas, this one rates up there (and far cheaper, too!) I also did noticed that the salon is so clean and they spend almost an hour at the end of the day for clean-up while I was waiting for my nails to completely dry.

horrible servies !!!!!! the first time i came in, they made my fingers bleeding, i wasn't mad at all.... and then couple weeks later i came in again for another try, and this time they made my fingers bleeding again!!!!!! i was so pissed at this time.... i never come back to this place again... my fingers still hurt so bad right now

Best place in the area. I just happened to run into it last year. I love the place. So much fun and they do a great job! I have no complaints....going back into today for a refresh!

Blushbaby's comment is really harsh and ridiculous, my friends and I been there so many times and we always received a great services and all the technicians are very good and treat you very professionally. The salon is very clean and neat. I believed Blushbaby-woman must works for one of the salon near by and her jealousy is probably takes over her comment.

I live in the appartment just right across this salon, so i went in every so often since to please my little piggies since this rand new salon just opened back in Sept. 2009.



The pedicure chairs aren't state of the art or anything, but they're very relaxing, given that the massage/vibration works on them.



The service is great and the actual pedicure is very relaxing. I always feel like im a pretty pretty princess when i leave there, and they always give me some extra lovin when I tell them I like a deep foot massage. Serving your foodz and running around a restaurant all day does some damage to this poor girls feet!

This place gives hands down the best mani/pedis in the city. They are very thorough and precise. Walking in any day of the week is pretty easy - except for Saturdays when every other woman and occasional man are out getting their nails done as well. Also, this place is so clean and beautiful compare to another salon in Grafton area . It's worth the money to go there-

Drive by this place all the time and finally went in for the first time last Friday. I am definitely going back. Got a mani/pedi with good massage on both feet and hands. I just walked in and had to wait, but not very long, and it was very comfortable, relaxing place, and very clean. My mani does not have a single crack, and it's Friday. It still looks like it was just done. I expected to pay a lot more for the great service I got, but it was very reasonable. Going back all the time!
