Chuck's Used Appliances

Chucks appliance is the worst! It has been an unbelievable nightmare! Landlord purchased a couple appliances from this chucks in Feb, April the refrigerator started leaking water, called chucks, and kept contuing to call to get them to fix, now the refrigerator isn't cold so had throw whole bunch food out, finally memorial day weekend one of his workers comes out, after we had to live out of a cooler for 6 weeks, he fixed it temporarily, said he needed to order a part and he be back in few weeks to fix, and never showed, so we called every couple weeks, when I got to talk to Chuck one time he actually yelled and hollered at me, that's how he speaks to women, so his cousin Tom, he tells you what you wanna hear over and over again! So finally my husband gets a hold of Chuck today, Nov 4, this is now since April, 7 months! He had the audacity to scream at my husband, told him he couldn't wait to find him so he could kick his ass....now that's professional! He should have apologized profusively to us and corrected the problem immediately! He is a nasty, volatile man that has no right running any kind of business!

Chuck and his employees are great!!great products and great co-workers. Chuck stands by his products and keeps his word!
Great place!

I've had two landlord's that each purchased appliances from this place. The appliances break within months or sometimes even weeks of purchase. Trying to get them to come out and fix them is an exercise futility.
