Interboros Kid Stop Inc

Horrible place. My child took the bus there, and they never called his name to get off the bus. So he stayed on the bus which eventually dropped him off at a different stop. He then was forced to walk home and was left to wander the streets for over 3 hours until I got off work, went to Kid Stop to pick him up and realized he wasn't there. When I asked them why they never called me to notify me that he wasn't at Kid Stop they're attitude was that 1 they just figured he wasn't coming there that day, and 2 that the children aren't really their responsibility until they are physically inside the building. My son is 8-years old, and I had to call the police to search for him!!!! Needless to say, he does not attend there anymore, and now I have to fight with them to get a refund. After speaking with other parents I am finding out that them losing children for hours at a time is a regular occurrence.
