Burton Paint & Body Shop

Had a major repair done about 4 months ago. The office stall was courteous, the repair was timely and the paint work was phenomenal.. I have had work done at other auto body shops in town and bar none Burton's is the best in Richmond. Highly recommended.

In simple terms, I really like this shop. I have had one of my cars fixed there twice and another fixed once. The employees have been very friendly and helpful every time (took a lot of time explaining everything to me before starting the work, and reviewing everything with me in detail when I picked the cars back up). Repairs were either finished on time or ahead of schedule each time and repairs look great. Honestly, I should have left this review for them a long time ago (better late than never right?!). Very pleased, I'd go back there again without a doubt.

I went to Burton for a rather small paint service - 3 spots that needed repainting. The price was just a bit less than other reputable dealers in the area. This was the first paint job on a rather new, 2008, Lexus with a factory paint surface. Four quarter panels were repainted and clear coating was applied. After I got home I noticed A LOT of dust or hair spots under the clear coat ... they were everywhere! I notified Burton's (Jason) and they agreed and told me that it was an easy fix to wet sand and that should clear everything up. It got rid of most of the dust spots but there's still quite a few. Jason said there was nothing they could do for the remaining (how about repaint? and get a good clean shop with a monster fan?). I'm not too happy about this because I now have quite a few dust spots that were never there to begin with.

This was the third shop I went to to get an estimate after I had an accident with my altima. We live on the southside so the insurance company sent us to another shop closer to home. That place acted like they didnt even care about getting our business, so we went to another lcoal shop. Same story there, except worse. A co-worker recommended Burtons, and to be honest, I was expecting more of the same. Happy to say that I was very pleasantly suprised to be greeted by happy, friendly, energetic people as I came through the door though! They did a great job on the repairs to boot! My wife and I were very pleased all around, and would definitely use these guys again.
