        Worst Services imaginable

        I stayed here recently coming home on leave and the people running the place were unruly and unprofessional acting as if they did not want to do the job required of them. After I had came back the lady that had cleaned my room had stolen some of my personal possessional's and the people at the front desk would not try and retrieve them back for me. They were also rude to me about the whole situation and there wasn't a single employee that would comply. I only stayed for a few days and figured as annoying as my family is I would take my chances instead of having lost anymore items.

        Excellent Value

        When I'm in the Marion, Indiana area - I book my room at this Best Western. Excellent location. The staff are great - room is always clean. I can't recommend all Best Western hotels - but this one is tops!

        Loved this place!! They must have just remodeled. It looked brand new inside. Very friendly people working there too. Was bringing youngest child to start at Taylor University and really enjoyed myself...was able to have a nice breakfast, hit the exercise room, take a dip in the pool...loved it! Highly recommend it!
