Very very disappointed in this business. The quality of their products is horrible. I purchased a vanity from them and the paint started to chip ONE year later. Instead of helping me out the lady there started to blame me for the issue saying that it is water damage or from a possible flood. How high can a flood in my bathroom go if the chips are on the top drawers? that is just ridiculous. Bottomline, a vanity that is jus ONE year old, should not have any chips regardless of steam or any water dripping occasionally on it. You have to pay cash and apparently if you misplaced your receipt, they will question your purchase and can't or are not willing to show proof of purchase from their side. Please stay away from this company if you want good quality that last you for a long time.

Abbey 60-in Double Sink Bath Vanity (Carrera/White)

I purchased this vanity for $1700 and received it with numerous defects.

a) Left side of vanity not completely painted
b) Right side of vanity not completely painted
c) Drawer face on 3 drawers not sufficiently glued to drawer box ( large gaps and/or cracks)
d) Marble trim pieces (under main counter) glued in a manner that creates a rough and uneven seam line

The manufacturer was unwilling to acknowledge the defects and I was charged $477 for return shipping/insurance.

I provided numerous pictures to illustrate the problems and upon physical inspection by them, they stated:

"Your return was received and inspected thoroughly. The item was returned in excellent condition and was found to be free of defects:

- Both sides of the vanity were painted completely.
- All drawer faces were fine; they were inspected and confirmed to be consistent with the drawer faces on all the vanities we carry.
- Marbletop was found to be free of defects - Yes, it is two pieces glued together to create the double-thick edge (this is not a defect)."

Their return policy says "We take great pride in 100% customer satisfaction." and the warrantee says "One year manufacturer's defect warranty.". It appears that these are just words that won't be backed up by actions.

The vanity's are imported Chinese products with suspect quality control. The companies website states: "All of our merchandise passes through multiple quality control checkpoints to ensure customer satisfaction every single time." (Ref. http://kitchenbathcollection.com/content/4-about-us). There appears to be a disconnect from their 'Mission' and their actual service delivery.

I'm a local customer who was able to come to the showroom and personally pick out my vanity. The staff was very helpful and pleasant to deal with. They even gave me a discount for picking it up myself! I am very happy with my Elizabeth 48". Will definitely recommend to my friends.

I purchased a vanity from these folks via Houzz.com. It has been over 3 weeks since I have rec'd. Finally found out my bank was kicking back because they thought it was fraud. We got that worked out and so the rep from KBC called and stated that my order will be shipped the next business day. She said you have curbside delivery. I asked her what that was because I have not heard of that. She told me that they only deliver to the curb in front of your home. Their is a legal issue with the trucking svc they use with them stepping foot on my property. Very strange. Anyway I told her I might not be able to find someone and that my driveway was steep. She said let me put you on hold and see what I can do. So another rep comes to the phone. "So you understand this is being delivered to your crub" You need to gather up a few men to help you and I need an answer now if you can do this. I need a "Hard Yes". Hmmm very nasty and I told her I was not sure. She was still hateful and said if you cannot give me an answer now I will have to cancel your order. I told her it looks like I have no choice to try and work it out. Again...I needed to tell her promptly. Odd because they would have never asked me for a "Hard Yes" had I never even questioned it to begin with. Anyway, She was so angry that she pushed me to the point of telling her that she was acting like a B???? and that I wanted to talk with someone else. I got that person. She said well they may bring it up if you sweet talk them. She wasn't the nicest but certainly nicer than the one before. She told me I would receive an email the next day as to when it shipped. I waited later in afternoon to see if it had shipped. I could not get so I called. She said no I pulled up your addresss with the trucking company and you are undeliverable. I said really. I always get packages delivered I am not in a rural area or anything it is just my driveway is sloped. I told them I would work out the curbside not happy about that but I would. She said well actually i want to tell you what my rep couldn't say. I cancelled your order because you were a F?????g B???? and I will make sure you never receive this vanity. She lied when I called from her first statement that it was undeliverable and then she found the need to slang with me when she was angry but did not see how her rep was so rude that it pushed me to that level. I have paid for this item and had my whole bathroom remodeled to fit this vanity. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and I will write reviews every place I can find as this is a BUYER BEWARE company. I asked to speak to manager...found out he is husband to the lady that cursed back at me. When I call to get information they either disconnect my call put me on hold or lie to me and tell me they will get him and keep me on hold to then just disconnect my call.
