I am not a computer person so I don't know how to do a lot, this is why I originally called Rob, to fix a problem with my computer. Not only did he fix the problem, he helped me to understand what was what with it. When we decided to get a new computer, Rob not only told us what to look for, but what to look for to save a bunch of $$$. He also came to set up the whole system for me (as I said, I don't know how to do a lot) And did it in such a timely manner as well as making me feel like family. I recently called Rob to fix a problem that even my provider could not fix! He did it in no time whatsoever and even helped me get compensated from my provider for their lack of help!!! I think of Rob as a son who is always there to help and have will keep telling people about him. If you want a personal, professional, all around great guy to fix anything PC, Rob is your man! Thanks for everything Rob.

That rob is very professional and great at what he does. He knows what he's doing and will walk you thru everything. He is honest and will not rip you off and in this economy, that's a good thing. We hired Rob to do work in our home after he had done some work in our tanning salons so he is trust worthy. Thanks Rob

Rob is a down to earth nice guy who will treat you like family. I started out having my home computer fixed and was so pleased with his work and fair pricing I had him out to my business as well. The most recent time Rob came out to my business I was having a problem and he fixed it the same day I called. In this day and age where it seems service is a thing of the past it was refreshing to see someone who cares!

I've had Rob work on my computer several times. I've been delighted with his response time, and work. He's gone out of his way to help me, and he treats you like a person instead of like a paycheck. When my old computer could no longer be repaired, he even went with me to help me purchase a new one so that I could get the best buy for my money. I've recommended Rob to several of my friends, and as long as he's in business, and I'm in this area; I wouldn't consider using anyone else. Rob has always given us timely and excellent service. He has been a life saver when my computer knowledge has failed me. He knows exactly what to do to save the day. He has gone above and beyond.
