Jefferson at Orchard Pond

I have lived at orchard pond for 2 years ..... it was fine when I first moved in until they changed the complex mangers both building & finical , the atmosphere has changed its no longer pleasant to go to the leasing office & or to call there is only 2 people still there from before that people are still comfy with Chris & Patty they have always been nice & helpful , my apartment was supposed to be updated nothing 2 years later & bugs! nothing ever gets fixed on time BUT THEY WILL HOUND YOU FOR THE RENT! they are evicting people left and right that have lived here for a while they don't care that life happens and sometimes people fall on tough times

the new managers are extremely cold ,unpleasant & unhelpful , they size of the apartment is the only positive about orchard pond!!!!! save your money they are only nice until you sign the lease !!!

Where to start. The 20+ days this year without hot water? Cold days without heat? Slow maintenence? Towed guests cars left with damages? Or how about the roach problem?

Recommend this place? NO. Please save your hard earned money, some other place, please. I mean PLEASE, all capetalized. i have been living here for 6 years. past year everything changed. Maintenance IS HORRIBLE!!! i have called 3 weeks ago for them to fix my burned out lighting from the kitchen, my fan from the 'dining room' is hanging by wires, the vertical blinds need replacement and now my 'master bathroom' sink has backed up water. and have they come and fix it? No. But they do demand you to pay the rent exactly on the 1st of every month, if payed after the 11th you get charged EXTRA. But they dont send their meintenance crew to fix whats needed. Not right. i called again 3 days ago, nothing has changed.

To add to all this i have seen mice, cockroaches thrive even if you are a clean person. its desgusting. Please choose somewhere ealse.

They dont clean around the apartments, nor the kids playground. there's often bottles everywhere, the inside of the biulding dirty, about once a week i see a guy cleaning thats it. it USED to be daily.

Management was WAAY better before it was sold, now becoming Jeffreson Orchard Pond. All they want is your money.

If you own a commercial vehicle you MUST park it in its own parking space, which on top of that they CHARGE you monthly. If you want a personal parking space, its $20 MONTHLY.

Please seek a diffrent place to call home or for at least for a while. this is NOT your place. Its NOT worth it.

Moving Next year when my least expire.
