Criswell Fiat had many, many, many cars from which to select, so we made the drive to Gaithersburg. It was worth the drive!

Hyder was extremely professional and honest during the entire care buying process. He was able to speak to the details of the Fiat brand and educate me as I made my selection. I definitely recommend working with Hyder. I'll be back when I trade my Abarth in.

We drove 120+ miles just to test drive a used car but when we wandered up to look to compare new vs used.... We ended up buying a new fiat. Hyder Al and Jamie really took care of us, and made the whole purchasing experience actually enjoyable! What a great team. There are fiat dealerships closer to our home in Pa. If I could give Hyder Al of Criswell Chevrolet in Gaithersburg, Md. 10 Stars I would do it in a New York minute. He gave us the best deal at a great price. I love my new Fiat 500L because it has all that I need in a new car. It is more like a small SUV than a sedan--back-up camera, lumbar support, heated seats, Bluetooth, SM radio! An overall good experience working with Bryan Smith as our main point of contact. Wait was longer than expected, but I realize that was because of the delays in the auto shop for detailing the car and had nothing to do with the dealers themselves who were very pleasant to deal with.

I worked primarily with Fred, and bit with Louie. They were both very friendly and helpful. I had not planned on buying my car the day I went to the dealership for a test drive, so I took some convincing. Fred allowed me to go on 2 test drives to make sure I really liked the car, and then drove me 20 minutes away to look at a car that was displayed in another location. They definitely went above and beyond both to make the sale, but also to make sure that I had all of the information I needed to make my decision.

Criswell definitely made the experience of buying a car seem painless. Hard to believe it, but it was. We would strongly recommend Arnold Garcia as your sales rep for your next FIAT.
