Advanced New and Used Tires

Living along a rough,gravelly, jagged road for 2 years was tough on my car tires. I had to replace three tires during that time, and this place helped me out efficiently and with way less expense. I recently had to get a
tire and then ran over a nail shortly after. Their great warranty policy allowed me to fix the problem without being charged. These guys are usually busy, but they are quick, courteous and efficient. If you want good tires at a low price, this is an excellent place!

Went in for an oil and filter change. I was told that if I supplied the oil and filter it would be $20. They drained my oil and could not find my oil filter location. I actually had to YouTube it for them and after a long wait they finally decided that they were unable to change my filter and that they were just going to put the new oil in and I would either have to change the filter myself or pay someone else to do it. I was then charged the complete price for half of the job that was supposed to be performed. If they hadn't already drained my oil when I found out that they had no clue as to where my filter was located and that I the paying customer had to look it up for them I would have left, unfortunately I could not because they had already drained all of the oil out of my vehicle. I would have had no problem paying for half of the job since this was all that was completed. I was border line of being furious when I realized that I was charged for the complete job. I will be trying to get in contact with the owner of the business. Maybe they should just stick to tires if they are incapable of changing oil and a filter. I will never be going back there again and would suggest that anyone that reads this steer clear of this business also. This was the first oil change on my new vehicle and the filter being changed was a very important part of the oil change. I would definitely have to give this business a thumbs down as far as being capable of an oil and filter change.
