I produce high quality book binding and impeccable book restoration since 1985. I have been acclaimed as the bookbinding 'guru' in the Bay Area with the most reasonable prices. For the past 2 years, I have been backlogged in my business because of health problems. It has created enormous inconveniences for my customers, brothers/sisters and for me to meet the deadline. Some of my customers were frustrated with the excessive turn around time and reported my business to the Better Business Bureau and posted online complaints. I sincerely apologize for this. If I could give ZERO stars I would!



I placed an order either November or December of 2010. I asked for updates by phone and never received any. I emailed them March of 2011 to request an update or I would cancel the order....no reply ever. I called in and left a detailed voicemail at the end of March 2011 to cancel the order. Looked at my online banking account and they charged my card for the order I placed in 2010....on March 21, 2012. I then called and told them the order was cancelled a year ago. They told me they would credit my card that day....it hasn't happened yet. Going to the bank today to dispute the charge. Absolutely don't order from this place. Very unprofessional!

DON'T ORDER FROM HERE!!!!! THEY have taken over a year and have still not received order, every time I've called run around after run around. Very pour business practices.
