Rem & Sons Mechanical Contractors

Had a Bryant furnace & air conditioner installed on June 23, 2010. In October of 2015 I needed a major motor part replaced because of failure of the original. REM & Sons never returned my calls so I went with Family Heating & Cooling. The part was covered under warranty. Two days ago another major motor part went bad. I tried to call REM & Sons again with no return call. Family Heating & Cooling checked and said the warranty had expired even though I was told originally that parts were warranties for 10 years. REM & Sons never registered the installation beyond 5 years. I still have not received a return call from them despite numerous attempts. Their answering service tell me all they can do is report that I called. I made a major mistake in using REM & Sons.
