Oakridge Supermarket

Service depends on if you are at the checkout or wanting lottery or something else behind the liquor counter. Go there often and today was there and the blonde hair woman was very rude and looked like she was chomping on her cud. Very rude, disgusting and offered no help just sat in some chair and did not make a move and could not understand her due to the fact of what she had in her mouth. Checkouts are friendly. We buy groceries there a lot but dealing with the lottery or behind that counter is a totally different story. They are suppose to be people friendly. They are like that a lot behind the counter. It is enough to make you want to change grocery stores altogether.

I've been going to this Oakridge for almost 20 yrs and I will say that instead of improvement; it has just
steadily gone down hill. The prices have gone WAY up when other grocery stores are trying to cut their
prices and the quality of customer service there has gone WAY down. The managers yell at the stock guys
in the aisles and the cashiers do nothing but complain about working there and can't wait to get off. I don't
know how they are still in business. I was a loyal customer and overlooked these things but can NOT anymore!
I will never go back.

Very dirty store. Employees at deli are nice especially the older lady. Store management is very rude. You have to check your receipt everytime. They have a habit of over charging because they forget to remove signs. Bottle returns never work properly and is filthy.

Worst place to use coupons, most of the workers are rude, n management is so mean, ive gave a few chances n its not worth the doubble couponing!

This was always my favorite food store to buy from. I'd load up my

carts and every time, to my surprise,

I'd end up with more money than I

expected. Friendly atmosphere. On

the south side of 23 mile road. Between I-94 and Jefferson.
