        Raised auto insurance rates ab...

        Raised auto insurance rates about $300/year though no tickets or accidents. Discontinued my discount for paying 6-months at a time in full up front. Offered smaller discount if I enrolled in automatic payments from my checking account. I said "ok" IF they contact you first with anymore rate changes. Ms. Eikmann said "yes" then 3 months later more than DOUBLED rate without notifying by mail or email. Funds were sneaked out of my checking account for months before I found out and went somewhere else. TOTAL SCAM.
