Clems Transmission

Mark was very professional took good care of my father recently with his transfer case. He was very happy and would highly recommend this company.

I took my truck to Clems because I had a real problem, the truck was so hard to get moving. Found out the torgue converter went bad, it also filled the transmission with all kinds of metal. I was extremely low on cash and without hesitation they worked it out with me to beable to get my repair at a fantastic price. I had other work done there in the past and it was always performed with total professionalism. And DONE RIGHT! The people at Clems do care about the people they do repairs for.

These guys are the greatest! I saw some bad reviews, but everyone I know said "Clem's is the best place to go" They are
jammed busy, but the do the job in great time and it's done well. They are definitely experts with transmissions, and also as important is , they are HONEST!!! They could have charged me for a complete rebuild, but they told me what was wrong, and only did what was needed.
I recommend this place to everyone, Not only are they experts and honest, but they give back to the community with the children and the veterans.

Clem's has great service, good prices and very nice guys. My transmission was bad and they took care of me within a few days.

DON'T TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!! Got a new transmission here and when we got it back the transmission was slipping and there was a LEAK in the drive way. When I took it back I told them for the 900 bucks I just spent I want them to fix it! When I got the car back had to walk two lots over to get the car and there was still a leak! Took it to our mechanic and he said that the seals weren't replaced with the new transmission which is 650 on top of the 900 bucks paid. DONT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!!

Never called me stay away car still doing the same thing

next time I will listen to everyone when they say don't go to clems transmission.

clems never called me, not even once.

if you want to find out what's going on with your car you have to call them.

they fixed my car without my permission and said here is the bill.

when i questioned about the bill the guy got mad walked around the counter and got in my face.

I have been talking to others and this is not the first time the owner has gotten into the customers face.

i paid the bill and called the police .

im warning as many people as i can to not use clems transmission.

Being a female anytime you take your car in for service it's a gamble. I thought I needed a transmission but it was not that serious and Clem's were so honest with me. When I got my car back it drove like a new car. I will refer anyone I know to Clem's. If you great service and a great price go to Clem's. I'm so thankful for their honesty.

After calling around to almost every trans shop in SE Michigan - and getting quotes / information - I decided to get my trans done at Clems. They picked it up on Tues and had it done by Thurs. Great job and at a great price!!! Since my truck is AWD - the owner advised me to have the transfer case checked out as it was not working properly. I did - it was bad - and my son fixed it. Thanks so much for the advice. The truck shifts / runs like NEW!!!! I will refer them to anyone I know that needs trans work.

When I read a review I always try to remember that most happy customers wont take the time to write a review, unhappy customers will go out of the way to. I took my truck to Clem's for a new transmission and so has friends. All of them have been happy with Clem's and that is why I went. I would refer them to anyone.

This place is great, They took care of me in a few hours (I needed a yoke replaced) Costs were VERY reasonable. Awesome people to deal with. I plan on using their services again in the near future.

Wow, such negativty in this world. The boys at Clem's are wonderful, hard workers that bust their butts day in and day out, working in a garage weather it's 0 degrees or 100 degrees. I'm sorry that some of these people expect one hour service, as your lot is full and you are busy- (which is a very good indication there are pleanty of customers who appreciate what you are doing). It's actually pathetic that people are restorting to name-calling. Also, just putting it out there... your car from the 90s is not going to run perfectly! Hello! It's twenty years old! Clem's did a fantastic repair job on my car, and went above and beyond for me, and they will do the same for you. I send all my family and friends to Clem's. Keep up the good work... you boys are great people and great workers!

This business is the worst place ive ever had to deal with. They parked my truck two lots over from theirs and hit a metal rod sticking out of the ground and caused $1,000 worth of damage and all the owner has to say is he doesnt give a sh*t. We are currently taking them to court and trying to get the word out there to stay away from this business because you wouldnt want this to happen to you. VERY RUDE customer service.
