A white Suv was parked on the right side of the street. It had its emergency lights on. As soon as another drove by the white Suv drove directly behind the other car. The car in front was waiting to make a left on Warner. This observed incident took place on: Saturday . July 28, 2018. The approximate time was between : 22: 30 P.M. and 23:00 P.M. I'm sure if this attempt? Calif. Penal Code: 664? Attempt to hit vandalize the car in front ? Calif. Penal Code: 594. Or if this can called : Bullying ? Calif. Penal Code: 422.6 ? It's obviously this is : Tailgating. Calif. Vehicle Code: 21703. Where it reads the car behind the car in front is required to be : 15 feet. Also this vehicle reads: Its one car for every ten miles. I hope these excellent police officers can find out who the owner is of this suspicious white suv? Its unknown what the motive and intent is? Its unknown if this is a isolated incident ? The suspicious subject of the white Suv , was last observed making a left turn on Warner. Then stopped at intersection where the apartments are. Just east of where the Subway is. Where in the very same shopping center where Subway is, there is doughnut shop located. I hope the excellent police can inquire who the unsafe driver is?
