Overall
Amazing

Last night right around closing I had to bring my dog in for an emergencyI have never been to Fountain Creek Veterinary Clinic before, but the staff there was amazing! Dr. Michelle Rhodes is the one who treated my furbaby & the staff stayed after closing to make sure he got the care he needed. My husband & I had a difficult choice before us based on the results we had gotten from the tests. We had almost made the wrong choice of euthanasia for our furbaby, but Dr. Rhodes was so kind & patient with us, she even explained home treatment several times. Finally we were able to understand the home treatment enough that we chose to do that over euthanasia. The vet techs there were also very kind, but to be honest I never caught their names with all the stress I was under. I have also been able to call the staff today with questions & they have been really patient & helpful over the phone, answering all of the questions I had & explaining everything they had explained last night again. The staff here are so amazing & my family wants to let everyone know that they saved my furbaby's life! If you are looking for a vet that will care more about your pet than they do about the money, give them a chance. I did & I'm so glad I did! Thank you so much from Christi, Steve & Jax (our furbaby).

Overall

We try to treat every patient as though they were our own. When we have to let a pet go, we do feel as though we have lost a member of our family, when we can treat a sick animal and get them better and send him home, we feel as though we saved our companion. Sometimes there is a wait to see the doctor, but typically only if we "worked in an emergency" instead of sending them somewhere else. I've heard so many times that "if it were my pet that just got hit by a car I would want your attention immediately also". Thank you to all of our clients that say that kind word, smile, give the hugs, and yes, all the Holiday Treats too. We appreciate you!!!

I absolutely LOVE the entire s...

I absolutely LOVE the entire staff at Fountain Creek Veterinary Clinic. They are all unfailingly friendly, kind, and polite. They are knowledgeable and professional. I've taken several of my pets there over the years and have been pleased every time. They are also very affordable - much more so than any other vet I've used in Colorado Springs in the past 25 years.

I will continue to use this clinic for all of my pets medical needs as long as I can - I drive over 30 miles to get there and it's well worth the gas!

Dr. Graf is the Vet to Choose

Dr. Graf has seen our cat for years and I would never go to any other vet. I can't always pay up front as most clinics require, but FCVC has always allowed me to make payments to ensure that my animals receive the treatment they needed. I've also noticed that they don't demand unnecessary blood tests and procedures--which I have seen other doctors do apparently for the money. Dr. Graf and Patricia's compassion for animals is very obvious in the manner in which they treat them. I can't speak highly enough about this clinic and what it has meant to me and my family for many years.

Another clinic told me over the phone my dog had rabies

I had called other clinics in the area and was told (without them seeing my dog) that it had rabies and needed to be euthanized (put to sleep). This clinic told me they would not risk their staff and I needed to take my dog to Fountain Creek Vet. I thought that was weird. I called Fountain Creek Vet and they said to bring my dog in. I was crying so hard that they couldn't understand me. The doctor's wife talked to me for a long time calming me down. She asked me more about my dogs symptoms and told me she thought everything was going to be okay. I had been terrified for my children and my dog. Dr. Graf came in and talked with me for a while. He did an exam and told me my dog was having seizures. I didn't have the money for bloodwork so they took a hold check. I have had to take me dog back twice to adjust the doseage of meds and he is now doing fine. I am so thankful the other clinic referred me to Dr. Graf and I did not have my dog put down to check for rabies. Thank you so much Dr. Graf, Mrs. Graf and all of the staff. You were awesome and I was treated so nicely by you all. You're the best. Ms. Pearson

Great Place

My experience at vet clinics has always been about the same. We moved a lot so I have been to several different ones. Well, that was until I met Dr. Graf and his wife at Fountain Creek Veterinary Clinic. They, and their staff, were great. I have never been to a vet's were I left with all of my questions being answered and feeling like I was part of the family until FCVC. Grace, my kitty, was very well taken care of and they were great about staying within my budget. I highly recommend this hospital. They will provide excellent care for you pet. You must meet them. I was so relaxed after just a few minutes. Hope you take my advice. Rock
