This is by far the BEST. The staff is friendly, helpful & prices are so low. I have had 6 dogs spay/neuter. 9 feral cats s/n. I also have had dental on my dogs twice each. They did a better job then the regular vet clinic for 1/4 the cost. If they doubled their prices I would still go to ECC. Communications has never been lacking.
They exceed non profit clinics I have used.

Great place, you can tell they don't just adopt to anyone. They make sure the animals are mainly inside and that if there are any other dogs and cats in the house, they are all altered. They truly care about their animals.

Was going to adopt from them until they refused to adopt to a disabled military veteran, that said I would not recommend this shelter to anyone
