BT Custom Embroidery & Graphics

Got a quote over the phone...then went in to the store to talk to them about my embroidery. The guy working there said if it would help me out, he could do it for 5$ less than he had quoted me on the phone. I said sounds great & went to purchase the item that I wanted embroidered. The very next day, I went back to the store to have it done & the guy working (same guy all 3 times) said he could only do it for that price, if he did it smaller than we had discussed! He could do it larger, but it would cost me much more!! Thanks for wasting my time, when I could have found a reputable place to have my service done!!! Only gave 1 star, because there was no option to five them ZERO!
