i wouldnt even give this buisness one star. the owner owns johnnys service station, river street auto garage and river street auto sales as well in fitchburg. the owner sells junk cars that he gets from auctions and does nothing to them till an issue comes up. i had my car in the shop a few days after purchase as it would not pass inspection and took 11 days to fix. while in the shop and three days without transportation he gave me two loaners and one had engine problems and the other very bad strutts with a sign on the windshield listing new struts. then it passed inspection and since the same issue has happened and the owner claims he had a mazda dealership do the work and blamed them for damaging another part. i called the dealership and there was no work performed by them. the owner did a quick fix on the damaged part and never fixed the original problem as i was told by another mechanic who looked at the issue before it was supposed to be fixed by the owner. junk cars, poor customer service and lies.
