        Overall

        The worst experience I've ever had renting a car. Wasn't picked up at appt time. Had to call an tell them they were 30 mins late. Was picked up in a really dirty car. I actually had to sit in a seat covered in mud. When we asked what car we would be driving. They said the one we were picked up in. We told them no. We were told we would be in a car comparable with our car. So we said we would prefer a full size semi luxury car. Like we own. The guy Drew told me to calm down. I wasn't upset for him to say that. I was a little irritated but not upset. Then they put us in a 2015 Chrysler 200. It was filthy dirty. Drew didn't go over anything on or about the car with us. He only said how much gas was in it. An it had to come back with that much gas. He was the one being rude. An we said nothing. I have rented cars before from Enterprise but not the one in Fenton (Murphy Flats). I've have never been treated so badly. An never have I had a rental that was so dirty. I would never recommend renting a car from them ever.
