Anytime any concern has come up between scheduled treatments a technician either came out the same day or by the next day to treat the concern at no additional charge. Matthew Hawes came out to my parents home today. He did the first treatment for my parents trailer home today. He not only did what was expected from the treatment but he also gave my parents pointers on basic home repairs to do to help eliminate their mice problem. He had to work around pets, children and a limited English speaker. He did a fantastic job at helping my mother understand what was going on despite her limited English skills. Can't wait to see the results and the continued care.
