This should actually be 1/2 star if that. Have had to deal with Drew. A couple times just to choose countertop tile did not write the information down correctly, and my contractor fortunately confirm with me that that was at a light wanted when in fact it was not even close to what I had picked out. You just walked off in the middle and never came back and I had to track him down just to get the information written down for my contractor. Needless to say I went somewhere else to choose my countertop tile. None of the salespeople are enthusiastic about people coming in to inquire or even to purchase. I don't know how they're going to stay in business because they evidently do not have any type of people skills, let alone knowledgeable information about their products. Kevin and Drew we're both very vague and inconsistent when quoting prices to both my contractor and myself. I don't know how they're going to stay in business.
