Zero stars. 4 hours later still no car. Cancel order, gives me a grammar lesson on eta. In 18 degree weather, thanks. Glad my husband took me home before he went to work or I'd be frozen in the ditch near the busy intersection I was at.

Waited two hours for service to pick me up on the side of the road blocking a turn lane! Called back and was given a grammar lesson on what ETA means since I clearly didn't understand, then was told it would be another 30 minutes! The man in dispatch was yelling at me that he was busy and didn't have time for me as I counted the minutes! I sarcastically thanked him for his wonderful customer service and hung up waiting! He cancelled me service Witt my insurance and now I'm waiting another 90 minutes for a new company! Never have I been treated so horribly by any service company don't use them!!!

Have been waiting for close to 24hrs for them to get my vehicle and deliver it. Have been given nothing but a run around to find out that they took it back to their shop for the night. Now they are saying that their truck is broke down so we had to get another tow company to go pickup from them. WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!!!!!

Zero stars for the horrible compnay. We called for a tow and was told 2 hours. 30 minutes later received another call saying an additional hour or better. Long story short it is now day 2 almost 24 hours into the call and our vehicle is sitting in their "secure" lot waiting for a different tow company to pick it up and bring it home. Zero communication from this company. Should have followed my gut and filed a stollen car report!!!! This company is the worse. Excuse after excuse! Will go the extra mile to make certain they loose their AAA status!

The only thing good I can say about this company, is that he was there in like 10 minutes- as far as the owner and his customer service- BAD!! please dont let him do anything to your car, because if you do and he breaks something you will either have to pay for it your self, make a police report or take him to small claims court- he put a bladder in my door and broke the rod 450.00 dollars later- and all you get from him is excuses. Please DO NOT call this company.
