they never showed on the scheduled install date. when they finally came after many many calls to the owner arron, he and 2 workers came and did what i later would find out was horrible job. when they put my 2 new garage doors up the one worker dropped one of the new panels and dented it. thanks to friend who saw it happen and overheard arron the owner tell the worker dont worry just put it on top he wont notice. when they finished and arron came to me to get paid, i asked him what about the damaged panel he played stupid. when i called him out on it he said you barely notice it , No i do i want it fixed i told him. he said ok i have to order it . so i told him i would hold $200 from the final bill until he replaced the panel. of course he ever did. lets just say 3 weeks later his crappy install fell apart all his welds broke and the door fell apart . i called him he refused to fix because he said i never finished paying. i told him i never finished paying because you have to replace the panel you tried to get over with.his response was he didnt care , he wasnt replacing the panel , and wasnt fixing the broken door . needless to say i had to call someone else . thank god i did because they found the other door was not far behind from falling apart arron overhead doors "THE WORST"
