Bodies in Balance Therapeutic

VERY unprofessional lady who runs the massage. If you call her, her phone cuts out throughout the whole conversation and you'll have to ask her to repeat herself over and over again. She'll explain "yeah I know my speakerphone cuts out a lot". She wont' even call you back on a phone that works! So you'll spend all your time saying "Pardon? What? I didn't hear that. What were the directions again? You're behind what? You have an opening when?". No apology from her, either. Then she said she had an opening at 1:00 and I told her I had church until one, and could she push the time up some so I'd not have to leave church early. Instead of saying ok she'd make it a 1:15 appointment or whatever later time worked, she said "No, you'll just lose minutes on your massage" !!! In other words, she would keep it at 1:00 and whatever time it took me to drive over there would be time she'd cut off of the (prepaid, by the way, I had a gift certificate) massage!!! Unbelievable.
