As a business owner and customer of Healthy Options for years, I have only experienced exceptional and professional service from the owner, Richard. Not only is Rich professional, he is also personable. Rich prides himself of keeping a very clean, organic and sterile place . I have recommended clients and friends to Healthy Options and will continue to do so.

I had the most humiliating experience there and I was refused service by Rich. He told me to leave the store, and I was not able to purchase or look around in the store. I was very disappointed by his manner. I shared my mother's cancer story with another person in the store because she mentioned that she has cancer. She asked me what I used to help my mother, and I tried to offer a card with information. He took it as soliciting, and I told him that I was just trying to give information. He told me that I should not do business in his store unless I pay him rent because he pays high-rent. I told him that I had no intention to solicit or doing business, but he would not listen, and told me to leave and refused service. I was in shock. I share information with anyone anywhere because it did save my mother's life with terminal cancer and I feel obligated to share with everyone. It wasn't water products, but nutrition products, and could go hand in hand with his business if he wanted to distribute through his store. I did want to get information on his products, and I wanted to purchase some water because I cannot afford to buy a machine, and I was looking for some place to purchase Alkaline water. I think if there is something so valuable, changing people's lives, and saving lives, he should at least be open to learning. The nutrition got me off disability, and changed my life. I had no intention to sell or solicit in his store. I know the benefit of Alkaline water, so I tell people about it all the time, and some of my customers own Alkaline water machines. I had people talk about Alkaline water at my home party for my epigenetic nutrition business, some even brought some water samples, but I did not kick them out. I promote anything healthy and helping people. My purpose of sharing the wonderful nutrition was not to make money, but simply to help people. It is my ministry. I feel sorry for him for his close mindedness and rudeness.
