        Polite and courteous service staff. But not so informative of the fees that applied for single and/ or multiple visit Visa. Miscommunication or misunderstood with what I as customer wanted in regards to a multiple visit, and it's fees.

        Therefore, I was not well prepared and felt sheepish. But the staff did accommodate for me to make payment upon the time of picking up the Visa within two weeks.
