We have been taking our dog to there doggy day care service for years but in the last few months they are over crowded and have been putting our dog in a cage instead of in the room with the other dogs. We complained but they don't care. We make appointments but the clerk said that doesn't matter they take all the walkins that come in. So beware they might just put your dog in a cage for eight hours.i spoke to the manager but that was a waste of time. Find someplace else.

I getting unwanted emails. Might be spam. cathyam**aim.com. I am not a volunteer with petsmart. I do not work for petsmat so asking to cover for someone shift a problem. I Live 2,739 miles from this petsmart. Im not sure if this is the right store if this is not spam.

To all store volunteers:

If you notice a cat is sick during your shift, whether it is sneezing, eye discharge, diarrhea, vomiting, lethargic, etc. please call Jayme or me *during* your shift. You can use PetSmart's phone if you don't have a cell phone. Our phone numbers are located inside the brown cabinet, hanging on the door. We will make arrangements to return the cat to foster for treatment.

Don't wait until your email shift report to mention that a cat has a health issue. Yahoo isn't always reliable. It is great most times, but occasionally an email can take a couple of hours to come through to the group.

Their training classes are great. Devin is the best. Wish they carried Verus dog food and didn't stop stocking Zupreem timothy pellets, but I'm not gonna switch my 9 year old bunny's food on her now.

The treatment of the animals there is not humane. the staff does not know what the other is doing. I would not take a goldfish there. I was told my dogs were kicked and extremely mistreated. contacted headquarters and nothing was done. You can buy food there, but take it from someone who knows first hand how awful the camp and hotel are

Used to be better, something has happened here. The staff is different every time I go into the store and hotel. Hotel Manager is unfriendly and always sitting in office, even when there are lines. Very rude to her staff. I still bring my dog for camp a few times a week, but may be looking into a more professional and friendly place.

They cannot control dogs at all, they are untrained, uncaring and overpaid! They did the worst nail job I've ever seen- my dog squirms a lot but she was only able to clip 3 paws and did such a bad job, I could barely tell she had been clipped. And I was still charged full price after a crappy and incomplete job... And, I had to hold her myself because they were understaffed and she couldnt get her to stay still herself. Don't waste your time or money there. Check out All Gods Creatures on Lincoln Highway, that's the only place I will take my pets now!

The grooming salon is the worst. I don't know how friendly they are to the dogs. I have a pomapoo that is not aggresive at all. On the last two occasions, they called me about a half hour after I dropped him off and told me to pick him up and that they wouldn't work on him because he seemed "stressed out". I know that if he was treated in a loving way that he wouldn't be "stressed out". I am not wasting my time on this store that doesn't seem to care about the dogs or my business.

I would not recommend the PetSmart Grooming Salon to anyone! My dog was so nervous and not acting right when I checked back on him 20 minutes later while the groomer had him on the grooming table ( I could see this through the glass windows of the salon inside the store) I asked what was wrong to the manager and she told me "some dogs just do not like to be groomed" Well this has never happened to my dog in the past. I asked if I could have my dog back and left the store. They wanted to charge me for doing is nails and I refused to pay! I then called another salon which was recommended to me by a customer in the store and had my dog groomed there a few days later. This salon did a fabulous job and I could not have been pleased more! My dog was totally relaxed during the grooming and looked great when the grooming was completed. I would NEVER send anyone to PetSmart Grooming for anything!
