        Terrible builder to deal with. Have dealt with Scoot Dallis personally and I would probably have a better time dealing with Satin. Numerous problems and never were dealt with at a satisfactory level...... Feel like my house is a money pitt replacing or repairing the poor quality materials and workmanship. Dryer vent not connected to outside just vented into basement insulaton lights had to replace x 5 since broken lights were installed. sump pump installled improperly and due to malfunction basement flooded causing other damage basement entry designed so that you cannot bring a cough refrig or anything of a reasonable size... other than a box down...ceiling fixtures with holes left around the fixture and many other problems. Save yourself the frustration , headaches and money....research your builder and find someone other than Dallis to build your new home...we sure wish we trusted more than our real estate agent when we were purchasing what turned out to be a heartbreak!!!

        Dallis Homes number one goal is customer satisfaction. We pride ourselves in the fact that the majority of our business is generated by prior customer referral and repeat business. Our service personnel has scanned through our records over the last 5 years and we have not noted a service complaint that includes the items mentioned in this customer review. In the last 8 years since Dallis Homes took over JII Homes we do not recall any home built that would have the dryer vent running through the basement area. Our plans call for direct venting to the outside of the home on either the first or second floor. We use only first quality name brand products in all our Dallis Designer Homes. These products include Carrier HVAC, Moen faucets, Therma-tru exterior doors, Pella windows, Thomas lighting fixtures and GE ENERGY STAR rated appliances to name just a few. The dissatisfaction of this customer is of great concern to us.
