Cell Phone Doctor

Omg I cant believe I wasted my money. He fixed my iphone 6 and 2 days later the screen is black and he said no refunds.

Exceptional customer services skills, and this guy knows what he is talking about! I have been here twice now to have two different phones repaired just because I knew from the first time I wouldnt have to wait long, 20 minutes aftering entering with a cracked Iphone 6, I walked out with my phone looking and working as if it was new.

Charged my husband 70.00 to fix iphone 6 screen , charged me 138.00 for exact same thing and then after spending 138.00 i get home and notice a chip in the left corner of the new screen

Scam

I paid the owner $150.00 to fix my IPad cover. The fix lasted for about two weeks. Took it back into him and never heard a word. Went in to the store asking for it and he denied that he had ever 1) repaired it, 2) that I brought it back in and 3) insisted that I was a liar. I actualy have had to call the police. He stole my IPad and charged me $150.00 to repair it, in addition. I am pressing charges against him and will sue him, first time in my life, to recover my damages. He is a criminal. Stay away from him. He could not produce any documentation for me or the police. I have contacted Apple for the ID and serial number. Run as fast as you can from him. My name is Susan Reif.

This place is horrible!!! I took my Ipad mini in to have the screen replaced and when I went to pick it up he told me the first part he used was defective. He told me to come back in an hour and he would have it fixed, when I came back to pick it up he said the 2nd part was also defective. I asked him to just put the Ipad back together and I would take it somewhere else to have it repaired. When I went to get a 2nd opinion they told me the cell phone doctor had cracked my LCD screen and that is the part he was trying to replace. This is not what was broke when I took it to him and he also did not put the metal protective cover back on it. I called him and asked why he didn't telle he cracked the LCD screen and he was extremely rude and he told me it was my fault he didn't put it back together properly becaused I rushed him. Horrible customer service and obviously has no clue what he is doing!!!#

What amazing service!!!the cell phone doctor is great.. he repaired my shattered ipad.. I didn't even think it was repair able... the glass was shattered and the screen was black but some how he healed and revived my ipad...now I don't have to get a new one... I would definitely recommend this place for any of your electronic repairs
