Tammy has been doing work on my house for a few years. When ever I need something fixed she is always willing to get it done right. She has painted my house, helped with some issues this older house has needed. She has always done an excellent job in a timely manner. She is the first person I call when needing any type of work here at my place.

We needed our house painted and rotted wood on corners of the house removed and replaced. Tammy gave us a reasonable bid and did an outstanding job. Tammy also offered to take all of our old paint stored in the garage to be recycled, as well as our huge pile of pieces of wood being saved for "whenever you need a piece"! We are very pleased with her work and will hire her for future work. We HIGHLY recommend TLC!

It was a vintage 70s house, never updated, just maintained, in need of a remodel. Add a modest budget and stir. What do you get? The time to call TLC. Tammy assessed the project and involved me each step of the way on what needed to be done always with an eye on the budget but never losing sight of good quality results. Painting interior (six rooms, a bath and a half), installation of new carpeting, replacement of outdated plumbing fixtures and electrical updates required use of her professional skills and good rapport with commercial businesses. Her work ethic was outstanding. She enjoys working and keeps to her schedule. She maintains a clean work environment. This was critical to me; I was living in the house while all this was going on! An apt place to add, Tammy has a fabulous sense of humor.

Tammy has been doing maintenance on our home for over three years now. She has carefully and professionally installed flooring, toilets, basic plumbing, electrical, and overall maintenance and improvement work for us. Always friendly, helpful, and flexible. She also wants to work with us on our budget, and makes sure we are satisfied with her services. Accessible and professional.

I got the recommendation to use TLC Handyman Services from Sherwin Williams when I was looking for someone to paint a rental property I owned in Eugene. At that point the house was transitioning from a college rental to a home for a young family. Tammy not only did a fabulous job painting, but also tiled beautifully around the wood stove, did a ton of electrical and plumbing, found a kitchen stove that fit and installed it, irradicated rodents and hauled things to the dump. As I live in California, she has been my go to person whenever any problem arises with my property. Her follow through is perfect, she is neat and does a wonerful job and is awesomely nice, as well. I highly recommend TLC Handyman Services to anyone who wants a perfect job at a fair price!
