Im currently renting from steward ship and its very true that they are sub-par in the customer server area. They have "lost" my rent check 3 times after having already cashed them. they continue to raise their rents, and it takes them ages to get any type of maintenance done. I wouldnt recommend them unless its all you can get.

The thing about it is this: I have rented from Stewardship for three years (in college), and I had no problems. I didn't set the bar high: I was a college student looking for a place to sleep and keep my books. So my experience with them was such: I had a weird carpet and some kitchen floor problems, which I never asked to have fixed and never expected to. I never had any problems with the staff at Stewardship, who have always been kind and helpful and who were more than willing to send me a new check when my security deposit refund was lost by my mother. I would (and probably will) rent from them again. I have not been paid to write this review, and I think Stewardship is pretty stellar if you're not looking for a company who's going to baby you or your child into adulthood. They did everything I needed them to do and provided a roof over my head.

I am a current tenant and have only just begun my lease but already find myself continually frustrated with the lack of professional behavior Stewardship shows. I can never get a hold of them, I have called their office multiple times and have left messages but no one ever gets back to me. The couple times i have gone in in person to sign the lease etc. they are rarely friendly and act a bit dumbfounded. I would never recommend renting from Stewardship Rentals.

Horrible customer service. The receptionist has no understanding in how to deal with tenants and takes customers for granted. It almost seems as if they do not care for the money that their tenants pay them. Their way of talking with the tenants is pretty much verbal abuse and I also felt a sense of racial discrimination in the way that they dealt with me. After questioning her about the situation at hand she basically kicked us out of the rental office and even if I was a tenant they did not have an ounce of respect for their customers.

Absolutely the worst property management company I have ever dealt with. Their staff very seldom ever does what they say they are going to. It takes 3 days to get a response to voice mails left for them. The apartment I had was infested with ants and spiders and they sent someone to spray and he sprayed in spots inside and out not completely. The apartment mysteriously has almost $200 electric bills with one single person living there. They expect for you to just let them enter your apartment whenever they want to just to look at it without a proper 24 hour notice. They skimp and do the cheapest shoddiest repairs when you finally do get them to come do the work. If you are seriously looking for a nice place to live look elsewhere if you can. I will never and I mean NEVER rent from them again. I would rather live in a travel trailer in a park before dealing with them again. This apartment was a huge waste of money and I regret ever moving here.
