Great agent...takes time needed!

I have called this company on several occasions.. I am a insured customer with them and I have the problem of no one answering there phone.. Wanted to be able to pay bill over the phone and called for two days several times with no awnser.. I finally had to call unitrin to be able to pay my bill.

I'VE BEEN CALLING THE PHONE NUMBER THAT'S LISTED FOR THIS COMPANY SINCE 1:00PM THURSDAY04/08/10 NO ONE ANSWER'S NO ANSWERING MACHINE,AUTOMATED SYSTEM NOTHING BUT TEN MINUTE'S OF RINGING THEN I GET HUNG UP ON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I AM VERY UPSET AND AT THIS POINT I DON'T THINK I WOULD EVEN GET INSURANCE FROM COUNTRYMAN IF THEY CAN'T ANSWER THIER PHONE FOR A QUOTE!WHAT HAPPEN'S TO THIER CUSTOMER'S WHEN THEY HAVE AN ACCIDENT,OR EMERGENCY?I WOULD'NT FEEL COMFERTABLE BUYING COVRAGE FROM THEM AT THIS POINT! HOPEFULY THEY LISTED THE WRONG PHONE NUMBER!!???
